Thai TV on the Internet

Keeping your Thai wife happy in Farangland just got easier. Thai TV is now available over the Internet - and it's absolutely free. All you need is a decent broadband connection and you can get all the terrestrial Thai TV channels plus loads of other goodies.
Your teerak can now fill her boots with nauseating teen romance, overblown bitch-fights and mindless cross-dressing tomfoolery.

Sadly, the West lags way behind Thailand in the field of Internet broadcasting and the range of foreign channels available to farang ex-pats is currently very limited.
BBC World is available - the channel dedicated to stretching 10 minutes of daily news into a full 24 hours ("We now interrupt our one decent programme of the week to bring you live and unedited coverage of some Arab bloke giving a press conference in Ramallah.") - but it's not really worth the effort. Ditto CNN and ABC.
Consequently, it looks like UBC will be clinging onto its cable TV monopoly for a while yet (See: UBC: Thai satellite & cable TV).
