hey will the thai central investigation bureau help to bring to justice all of the bar girls who have jacked their numerous boyfriends for all their assets and their livlihoods?
because arresting this guy for defrauding foreigners under false pretenses kind of sets a legal precedence for the thai judicial system.

because theoretically this guy hasn't done anything that a thai bar girl hasn't done.
if he could find a case where a foreigner attempted to press criminal charges against a bar girl for fraud, where the bar girl was acquitted of the charges, he can build his defense around that.
depending on how jacked up the thai legal system is.
but i doubt many foreigners have attempted to seek legal action against their lying girlfriends.

i guess it's insane to think of fairness in a country where the average income is a little over a hundred dollars and the gaps between different incomes are probably really wide.
if you think about, this would be a very easy scam to pull judging by thailand's reputation for young women looking for an easy way out, that coupled with single and lonely foreigners with fat pensions especially ones who have been to LOS. post a pic of your favorite bar girl on face-pic.com and play off people's emotions. it could be very lucrative.
